About KARRA
Kaukapakapa Area Residents and Ratepayers Association Incorporated (KARRA) was incorporated in 1992 to provide a forum for the discussion of issues and concerns affecting the residents of Kaukapakapa. Our membership stands at approximately 100, but it is clear that we represent a much larger portion of the Kaukapakapa community.
